Mallorca Wedding Photographer –
Elopement in Cap de Formentor
Emily & Kenny’s story. An intimate, cinematic elopement in Mallorca.
From the very beginning, Emily and Kenny wanted something meaningful. A day that felt authentic, peaceful, and completely their own. No crowds. No stress. Just a place where time could slow down, where they could be themselves and get married in peace.
When we first spoke, they were exploring different locations and dates. But as soon as they saw Cap de Formentor, something shifted. It wasn’t just a place. It felt like the end of the world and the beginning of something timeless.
Cap de Formentor is part of a protected natural park in Mallorca. Wild. Cinematic. Tranquil. Cliffs plunging into the sea. Light shifting in the wind. A landscape that makes everything else feel far away.
They chose the perfect date. The road was still closed to the public, which meant no crowds or interruptions. Getting married there isn’t easy. Access is limited, and permits are nearly impossible to obtain. But they trusted me, and we found a way.
That afternoon, there wasn’t a soul for miles. No wedding venue in the world offers anything like it. Just wind, golden light, and two people promising each other everything.
Very few couples get to experience something like this. But they did, and it was magical.
Being there with them, seeing it all unfold, didn’t feel like work. It felt like witnessing something real.
Their story began the day before.
At sunrise, with a quiet walk by the sea. Then time to rest, followed by a private dinner with a chef in their villa. Quality time, good food, and calm, woven with emotional moments.
It was intimate, heartfelt, real. And it felt like the perfect way to begin a story that would only grow deeper the next day.
Play the music. Let the images speak.
The next day unfolded slowly. Everything felt intentional, from the quiet morning preparations to the gentle walks before the ceremony. As the sun began to set, they stood on the cliffs and read their vows. Just them, the light, and the wind.
